Midland PVC Replacement

Gas Project: ATCO Gas (Midland WA)

The Midland PVC Replacement Project involved the replacement of approximately 2850m of main and associated services including all traffic management and reinstatement associated with the works. This project replaced approximately 2230m of 155PVC with DN160mm SDR17 PE and approximately 620m of 100PVC with DN110mm SDR17 PE within Morrison Road Midland.

During the PVC replacement approximately 160 associated services were replaced using the fully fused polyethylene system. All services within the project that were not fully fused (100% electro-fusion welded) PE were re-laid or upgraded and relocated to ensure compliance with ATCO Gas’s current standards.
