Alkimos Distribution Main
Water Project: Water Corporation (Alkimos WA)
Stage 1 – 1735m DN800 and 1106m DN700 Mild Steel Cement Lined (MSCL) Water Distribution Main along Marmion Ave between Santorini Blvd and Shorehaven Blvd. Construction of 2 off take branches including 49m of DN500 MSCL and 4m of DN400 MSCL.
Connections and tie-ins including:
• To the existing non-operational DN800 MSCL main
• To the existing operation DN500 MSCL main
• To the existing non-operational DN700 gate valve and operational DN375 PVC
• To the existing operational DN250 PVC reticulation pipe.
Stage 2 – Approximately 2479m DN700 mild Steel Cement Lined (MDSCL) Water Distribution Main along Marmion Ave between Santorini Blvd and Kingsbridge Blvd. Construction of 3 off take branches including 89m of DN700 MSCL, a DN150 scour valve, DN150 air valve, access chambers, 9m of DN400 MSCL and 9m of DN500 MSCL.
Connections and tie-ins including:
• To the existing operation DN700 MSCL main.
• To the existing operation DN250 PVC reticulation pipeline.
