Community Engagement
Cape’s community engagement philosophy centres on activities that promote health and safety, and foster a strong sense of community spirit. As such, the company assists many community and non-profit groups through in-kind support, funding, sponsorship and employee time.
Cape is proud to support the communities and regional areas in which it operates by offering local employment opportunities, participating in community events and engaging local businesses for the supply of consumables.
Closer to home, Cape’s vibrant Youth and Indigenous Program provides employment opportunities for disadvantaged youth specifically in the Swan region of Western Australia.
Cape also provides the CFC Group’s Frank Cardaci Traineeship Program. Established in 2015, the program aims to provide disadvantaged or marginalised young people with life-changing employment opportunities. Cape is fully committed to ensuring this traineeship program is effectively planned, resourced and executed for maximum positive outcomes. If you wish to apply for this program, please contact us via email.
This support for the communities in which Cape operates reflects the values that underpin the company’s success.
