NAIDOC Safety Award Winner – Sam Jaffrey

Congratulations to Sam Jaffrey for taking out the FMG NAIDOC Safety Award for work undertaken through our KCU Joint Venture with Kurtarra. The FMG Cloudbreak NAIDOC awards were presented at an official function at Cloudbreak on July 5. The award recognises Sam’s outstanding contribution to Zero Harm. This award also reflects the excellent safety culture on all Cape sites and the commitment we have to our values. Through great leadership and hard work by all our employees we are able to live our RIPPA Values of Respect, Integrity, Persistence, Passion and Accountability. Well done Sam, and thank you for your continued efforts.

The Jaffrey family were in Cloudbreak for NAIDOC week providing Indigenous support to FMG and worked closely with the Camp Management team from Morris to provide Indigenous food and entertainment during the NAICOC events this week.

The Jaffrey Family was present for the Awards night, in addition to providing Indigenous support to FMG over the NAIDOC week here at Cloudbreak.
