Community Engagement

Cape’s community engagement philosophy centres on activities that promote health and safety, and foster a strong sense of community spirit. The company is proud to assist many community and non-profit groups through in-kind support, funding, sponsorship and employee time.

Cape is proud to support local communities and regional areas in which the company operates by sourcing local employment, participating in local events and supporting local businesses through the supply of consumables.

Cape’s vibrant Youth and Indigenous Program provides employment opportunities for disadvantaged youth specifically in the Swan region of Western Australia.

In addition to the Youth and Indigenous Program, CFC Group’s Frank Cardaci Traineeship Program commenced in May 2015. The goal of the traineeship program is to provide disadvantaged or marginalised young people with life-changing employment opportunities. Cape is fully-committed to ensuring this traineeship program is effectively planned, resourced and executed for maximum positive outcomes.
