Cape’s vibrant Youth and Indigenous Program provides employment opportunities for disadvantaged youth specifically in the Swan region of Western Australia.
In addition to the Youth and Indigenous Program, CFC Group’s Frank Cardaci Traineeship Program commenced in May 2015. The goal of the traineeship program is to provide disadvantaged or marginalised young people with life-changing employment opportunities. Cape is fully-committed to ensuring this traineeship program is effectively planned, resourced and executed for maximum positive outcomes.
